The shadows of the past were noticeable when the ladies’ team from Vögtlin Instruments explored the dark alleyways of Basel and came across traces of the witch hunts. This is a gripping, oppressive glimpse into the 16th and 17th centuries, when women were accused of witchcraft and the devil’s pact — often based on mere rumours.
Fortunately, our evening ended in a cheerful mood: together we rounded off the spooky excursion in an Irish pub with delicious food and drinks. Everyone agrees – this needs to be repeated!
