This notice serves as the official End of Support (EoS) announcement for red-y smart series version 3, 4 and 4S (4S sometimes referred to as “smart 5”).
Service for the smart 3 (S/N < 110000) is discontinued and the device is now fully discontinued.
Limited repair and calibration service will continue to be offered for the smart 4, 4S (5). Valve replacement and calibrations will remain available.
Take your chance! Inform and advise your customers and encourage them to switch to current product series at an early stage.
